Important safety information

Same active molecule. Oral compounded gives men a needle-free option with the dual GLP-1 + GIP mechanism. Note that compounded oral GLP-1 is not FDA-approved and has less clinical-trial data than the FDA-approved injectable forms (Zepbound, Mounjaro).

Place the troche under your tongue and let it dissolve fully. Avoid eating, drinking, or oral medications for about 30 minutes after.

Outcomes data for compounded oral tirzepatide is limited. The clinical-trial weight-loss data (~20% body weight in 1 year) is from the FDA-approved injectable forms, not from compounded oral.

Monthly plans are billed and shipped monthly. Quarterly plans are billed and shipped every 3 months. 6-month plans are billed every 6 months and shipped quarterly (2 shipments per billing cycle).
