Shipping Policy

Prescriptions are filled and shipped by independent, state-licensed pharmacies. Good Guy Rx coordinates intake and notifications. Below is what you can expect on every order.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the licensed provider approves your intake and the pharmacy fulfills the prescription. You will receive an email and (if you opted in) an SMS notification when your order ships.

Carriers and tracking

Shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx, with tracking provided in your patient portal at my.goodguyrx.com. Discreet packaging is used on every shipment — contents are not disclosed on the exterior.

Refrigerated medications

GLP-1 medications and other temperature-controlled products ship with cold packs in an insulated mailer. They are typically scheduled for in-week delivery to minimize transit time. If a refrigerated shipment is delayed in transit, contact the pharmacy immediately for guidance.

Service area

Shipping is currently available in 40 U.S. states. At this time, prescriptions cannot be filled for patients residing in California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia, or Delaware. Some states also require a synchronous video visit before a first prescription — the intake will route accordingly.

Address requirements

  • No PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses — compounding pharmacies will not ship to these.
  • Residential or business street addresses only.
  • Signature may be required at the carrier's discretion on certain orders.

Lost in transit

For packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, contact us within 48 hours and we will assist with a carrier claim. Replacement decisions are at the dispensing pharmacy's discretion per state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Damaged shipments

Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Replacements (not refunds) will be issued at the dispensing pharmacy's discretion.
