Provider Disclosures
Good Guy Rx is a technology platform that connects you with licensed healthcare providers. Providers practice independently and exercise their own clinical judgment in evaluating your intake and deciding whether to prescribe.
Clinical providers
Clinical services for Good Guy Rx patients are provided by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, an independent medical group located at 300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121. Arora Health & Aesthetics is a multi-state medical group that provides licensed healthcare provider coverage across the states in which Good Guy Rx operates. The group’s lead physician is Sean Arora, MD (NPI 1841729449). For provider-related inquiries, contact medicalcompliance@arorahealthgroup.com.
Licensed in your state
Providers reviewing your intake are licensed healthcare professionals in the state in which you reside. Good Guy Rx routes your intake to a provider with appropriate state licensure based on the address you provide.
Scope of practice
Providers practice within their state-defined scope of practice and the standard of care for telehealth in their state. Provider clinical judgment determines whether a prescription is appropriate. Not every patient receives a prescription.
States requiring synchronous visits
Some states require a synchronous (real-time video or audio) visit before a first prescription via telehealth. The intake will route you through a synchronous visit where required by law. States with this requirement include but are not limited to New Mexico, Kansas, West Virginia, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The list is current as of LegitScript submission and may be updated.
Controlled substances
Treatment categories that involve scheduled controlled substances are subject to additional federal and state restrictions and may not be available in all states. Good Guy Rx complies with Ryan Haight Act requirements where applicable.
Provider relationship
Providers are independent professionals. Good Guy Rx does not employ providers, direct their clinical decisions, or interfere with the provider-patient relationship.
