Important safety information

Same active ingredient (semaglutide), different delivery. Oral Wegovy is once-daily by mouth; injectable Wegovy is once-weekly subcutaneous. Both regulate appetite and blood sugar, with a similar magnitude of weight loss at the highest doses in clinical trials.

Once daily on an empty stomach in the morning. Take with a small sip of water (no more than 4 oz), then wait at least 30 minutes before food, drinks, or other oral medications. Swallow whole.

In the OASIS 4 clinical trial of adults with obesity or overweight with weight-related conditions, oral semaglutide 25 mg produced an average 16.6% body-weight loss over 64 weeks among participants who adhered to treatment. Individual results vary.

Wegovy Pill is billed monthly — no long-term plan required. The 1.5 mg and 4 mg doses are $297 per month. The 9 mg and 25 mg doses, and all titration plans, are $447 per month. Your provider determines your ongoing dose.
